haven't updated in a bit.

weekend was real good. very very nice getting to visit with grinninggirl and we hung out a lot and went to winchester house and other such fun stuff.

my shoulders been hurting a lot since sunday. most the time it just hurts a bit, but sometimes raising my arm hurts like crazy ;[
