Read this today, Had to pass it on, since it's always a good thing to remember :}

In a geography class, the teacher was discussing the 7 wonders of the world. As there are several versions of the list, (wonders of the ancient world, wonders of the modern world, wonders of the natural world), the teacher asked each student to compile a list of their candidates for the 7 Greatest Wonders of the world.

While there were many different candidates, the following received the

most votes.

1. Egypt's Great Pyramids

2. The Taj Mahal

3. The Grand Canyon

4. The Panama Canal

5. The Empire State Building

6. St. Peter's Basilica

7. China's Great Wall

While gathering the votes the teacher noticed that one of the

students, a quiet girl, hadn't turned in her paper yet. The teacher

asked the girl if she was having trouble with her list. The quiet girl replied, "Yes, a little. I couldn't quite make up my mind because there are so many."

The teacher said, "Well, tell us what you have and maybe we can help."

The girl hesitated, then read, "I think the 7 wonders of the world

are:

1. to touch

2. to taste

3. to see

4. to hear ... She hesitated a little, and then she added, 5. to feel 6. to laugh 7. and to love

The silence in the classroom was deafening. In our quest to find the

great wonders before us we often fail to see the simple wonders all

around us. As we pursue our great truths, let us hope we never

overlook the little obvious ones all around us.

only having 12 hours between work shifts.

insomnia. I first couldn't get to sleep at all last night, then once i did, i kept waking up every 45 minutes or so

Being able to realize when someone is right and you were wrong.

having a hot pocket sandwich thingy and NOT having it break and spill all over for a change :}
